Love Drunk Synopsis:
The love that lies built?
Wine importer London Whitley dots her I’s and crosses her T’s. Her meticulous nature insulates her from fears that she might just be crazy, as in certifiably, medically nuts. When her almost ex-boyfriend winds up dead at her hands and she’s soon accused of importing counterfeit wines, London’s carefully constructed world begins to crumble. There’s help to be had, but only in the form of an imposing stranger who threatens her ruin.
Trevor Rathlen is lucky to have escaped his marriage to a murderess alive and merely indebted to men who think the exquisite London Whitley’s innocence is a façade. A computer security specialist by day and hacker by night, Trevor agrees to return the favor owed by learning London’s secrets. The task should be an easy one, except Trevor is short on trust, London is long on lies, and together they battle an infinite attraction.

Love Me Later FREE:
I'm not sure how I feel about
this book. On one hand parts were good and on the other I was lost a bit.
It's very wordy right at first so I had trouble getting into the book.
It was about at 43% that I started to enjoy the book. But then it
flipped again to my being lost. It was basically flip flopping quite a
few times.
Trevor is this intense, super
smart, former military guy who knows his way around a computer. He
doesn't trust people especially women. Will he ever change?
London(love the name) is the
owner of WW imports. She supplies wine to numerous restaurants and
retailers around town. She's drowning though and doesn't know why....I
found that she doesn't have any backbone. She doesn't ever stand up for
herself and I don't like that in my characters. I will say towards the end that
did change and so did my opinion of her.
London has a secret. Her ex
is dead by her hands, but it's been ruled an accident, but in her eyes she
feels at fault. London is also being accused of selling counterfeit wine,
only she doesn't know it yet! Is she responsible or are there more
secrets to it? Trevor is the one who has been hired too find the truth.
With him being super smart with computers he can get his answers easily,
but something about London draws him in. He wants to believe she's
innocent, but is she really? Will he use his skills with computers or
will he use his body to break her down? Will he find out her other
secret?
So the connection between them was
nice and the story had some interesting mystery to it. As I said before I
couldn't get into the story and then I did and then I didn't. It just
wasn't for me.. Will I give the author another shot? Yes, there is
potential and she did have my interest at some points. 3 Stars

Libby Rice Bio:
Before becoming a writer, Libby was
first a mechanical engineer in the data acquisition industry (voltmeter
anyone?). Preferring writing to technical design, Libby headed to law school
and eventually practiced patent law for several enterprising years (patent
application covering a voltmeter anyone?). Finally realizing that technology
just wasn’t her bag, she traded the voltmeters for alpha heroes and the women
who love them.
Today, Libby writes contemporary
romances from the foot of the Rocky Mountains, where she lives with her
husband, a bona fide rocket scientist (he stuck with the voltmeters!). When not
writing, Libby loves good food, even better wine, and traveling the world in
search of the next great story.
Libby loves hearing from readers!
