This book is Genevieve's book, and
can be read as a standalone in the series. I was happy to see Genevieve get her own book
and I have to say that she shocked me with what she does in this
story!! Genevieve had been tutored by Adam for years and no sparks have flown
between the two of them yet. When Genevieve hears that Adam is worried about
his green card expiring before he can get his experiment done, she has a crazy
idea that runs through her mind. She can help Adam out by getting married!!
Genevieve is on the outs with her family sort of and so when Adam and Genevieve
announce their engagement, their family does not really receive it well.
Genevieve and Adam go through the motions of planning a wedding and carrying it out, but she has no idea that she will start to develop feelings like she does for Adam and vice versa. The way that Adam takes Genevieve and realizes how her family treats her is so heartwarming. This was such a sweet story that turned out to be real love. This has been a good series and I can't wait to see what is next from Lexi!!
