Eliam
Prince is in danger...but who wants him dead. Winter is the one hired to
protect him. Will she be able to save him?
Eliam is the heir to multimillionaire shipping company. When he takes the company back from his deranged stepfather after his mothers death, threats start pouring in. Trying to rebuild the company from bad deals his stepfather made is going to be a battle, but if he can survive he'll restore the business his father fought to build.
Winter is the owner of Wyn Securities. After spending years in the service and horrible tours to the Middle East she's ready to move on. When she takes the job to protect Eliam she also finds out that he has a few hits on his head. Can she save him and save herself? Or will they both end up dead?
This was a good suspense with a mix of steam. Both of them are extremely attracted to each other. Winter needs to keep this professional, but it's hard when all these sexy images and thoughts continue to assault her mind. Will she give into her desires or keep them locked? Will she mix business and pleasure?
This was a okay read. It kept me entertained trying to figure out all who is trying to take Eliam out. Both Winter and Eliam are strong characters. I liked how they both kind of challenged each other and yet also leaned on one another. What starts as a badass woman sent to protect the millionaire who doesn't want to be protected turns into love. I felt like some of the dialogue was forced and I felt that they fell for each other fairly fast. But I did enjoy the read. 3.75 Stars
