Blog Tour & Review! Me Tarzan You Jane by Camelia Miron Skiba @CamiSkiba @Julie_AToMR

Adult Contemporary
Released December 2014
Moving on doesn’t always have to mean goodbye.

Widowed makeup artist Jane Sullivan is more comfortable keeping her husband’s memory alive than dating a pool full of sharks. Ella, her 4 year-old daughter, is her whole world.

When Jane meets Lucas Oliver, famous cover model, its hate at first sight. His playboy persona rubs her the wrong way.

Accustomed to every woman fawning over him, Lucas is drawn to the shy, uncompromising single mom and completely melts at the sight of Ella. He is determined to convince Jane that sometimes a second chance can mend a broken heart. —-

Jane is a young lady that has dreams of one day producing some of her writing and has been invited to a Conference where the winner of a contest is going to be announced. Jane has little to no interest in the cover models that are in attendance at the Conference, but somehow the main one every other woman is gawking over, has taken a liking to Jane. Jane thinks that Lucas is so conceded and self-centered that there is no way she would give him the time of day. Jane ends up ignoring Lucas as much as she can, but they keep having chance encounters all the time. Jane goes back to her room alone and wants to get rest, but the music next door to her in the hotel keeps her up. Jane goes next door and finds that Lucas is in that room with his brother. There are women in the room and Lucas's brother is passed out from drinking too much. Jane calls for help and ends up saving his life because he gets into rehab. Lucas is determined to pay Jane off so that the story will stay out of the news but Jane has no intent of selling their story.

Jane is also a well know make-up artist that caters to a few people that pay her really well. Jane has a little girl from her first husband that has been killed in an accident and this job is very convenient for her to be able to take Ella with her. Jane soon gets asked to join one of her clients in Paris for a few weeks, all-expense paid and Ella can accompany her. Jane has no idea what she is in for when she shows up in Paris and Lucas ends up being her chauffeur and house mate due to bad weather. Jane and Lucas are not any fonder of each other than when they first meet. Jane puts up with Lucas but is touched in the way that Lucas takes care of Ella for her at times.

Jane works for a few days and once she finishes her make-up commitments, she wants to tour Paris. Lucas and Jane start to become close and tolerate each other more the longer they are together. Lucas gives Jane a tour of Paris and takes her to all the hotspots to where she can do her touring that she wants to do. In the meantime, Lucas's mother is not in good health and ends up passing away. Jane can relate to how Lucas feels from losing such an important person in her life because of what she went through with her husband. Jane and Lucas become really close while dealing with this matter.

Being a popular model always presents its challenges, and when Lucas is faced with another one, Jane pretty much ducks out on Lucas at the drop of a hat. The back and forth of the relationship between Lucas and Jane keep you wanting to read more and more of this book. I was so anxious to find out how things would end with this couple that I could not stop reading.

Although this book has a HEA, I really doubted it's ending up until the very end. This was a very well written romance that dragged you along till the very end. Thanks for the great read and look forward to more from this Author!!

I WRITE. I LIVE. I LOVE. I DREAM. I WRITE.

I’m a dreamer
I’m a sinner
I love my books
I conjure hooks
And heroes with good looks

Romance is my guilty pleasure
Taking me to places with new decor
Come join me if you dare
I promise not to bore

If you like to read my stories
Pray my husband continues snorin’
For he’s the one who keeps me up at night
When I give my heroes wings and flight
