O-M-G!
I could use just about every swear word known to man...this book was a
freaking ride! I'm telling you a ride! I was so mesmerized by the
story I kept putting it down because I didn't want it too end. This is my
first book by Lili St. Germain and I'm thinking why the hell did I wait so long
to read her. I will now go back and read the books I have of hers on my
TBR list...yep they moved up a big freaking notch!
This
is not a lovey dovey romance novel. It's dark, captivating, cruel,
intense, and hot! It weaves the Gypsy Brothers MC and the Il Sangue
Cartel in a fast paced crazy and brutal story. You can pick this book up
and not have read any of her other books in the Gypsy Brothers....complete
standalone series, it's a prequel.

is a smart mouth, beautiful strong girl. I loved her!!! She's seen
a lot in her nineteen years. She's had to deal with the life of being a
drug lords daughter. She's had a life of wealth, but one day things
change and the life she had is no longer. She's been taken from her

Emilio Ross. But soon another steps in and takes control of her...Dornan,

That
prologue oh geez...it had me right from there. I will say this ends with
a cliffhanger of sorts. But I will definitely be 1-clicking Kingpin when
its released...I need more NOW!
The
story and the characters flow wonderfully. You will be sucked into this
dark and gritty book, you won't want it to end. This might be one of my
best reads this year so far! Phenomenal! 5 Plus Stars!
His
eyes lit up at that as his gaze traveled across my chest and wandered down to
the most private of places. I was clothed and covered in the right places, but
in front of him, I felt completely naked. The feeling was unnerving and
delicious all at once, which only confused me further.
So he’s sexy as hell. It doesn’t matter. He’s the
enemy.
‘It
doesn’t matter anyway,’ I added hastily. ‘I’ve got a nasty case of the clap.
Better not rape me or your pico might fall off.’ I thrust my chin out as I used
the Spanish term for ‘small dick’, smirking at the Gypsy Brother as his warm
hands continued to roam every bit of bare flesh on my arms.
Dornan
laughed at my admission, a throaty noise full of gravel and insolence that made
me increasingly unsteady on my feet.
‘I’m
not going to rape you,’ he replied, amusement dancing in his dark eyes. ‘And
you don’t have the clap. So don’t use that one on me.’
