OMG!!! Where to even begin with this book!! This is not our usual read that we get from Melissa Foster, but something magical. There are a ton of emotions that will hit you while reading this one but the one thing that stood out to me the most was that there is Hope!! Even though you may have had it rough in the past, there is hope!

Truman was dealt a hard hand growing up and had to pay for someone else's wrong doing, but now he is ready to make all that better and put the past in the past. Tru, as we come to know him, has to do a lot of growing up in a short amount of time when situations change his course in life. I love how Tru did not even balk at the responsibility that was put on him and just took it all in stride and did what he had to do to make things happen. Such a great character!!

When Tru and Gemma meet and things start to heat up between them, there are lots of truths that come out in the beginning so that they will not be hiding anything and I loved this about the both of them. What better way to start a relationship than with the truth and everything laid out on the line! I don't want to give too much away with my review because this is just one of those reads that you get lost in and anything will ruin it if you get spoilers. The emotions that you go through with Tru and Gemma are priceless. It has been a long time since I felt this way after reading a book, but Melissa Foster has delivered a great read with this one! I can't wait for what is next from Melissa Foster!
