This is my first book by Elizabeth Grace and I throughly enjoyed it.  I felt she did a good job with the storyline.  After I read this, I went back and bought the first book in the Limelight Series.

Up and coming actress Francesca “Frankie” Leon is dedicated to making it to the top. She is focused on her career, most importantly keeping her private life private.  She has no time for love or drama.

Calder Fox is Hollywood royalty, not just some actor.  He's drop dead gorgeous, a manwhore, likes his drugs and alcohol.  He's the all out bad boy until his life his turned upside down.  With his life in turmoil he goes to rehab, hoping to get some kind of control. Once released he realizes he needs to prove that he has changed.  That he is not some entitled self absorbed drugged ass.  He is a rehabilitated man, and he will do whatever is needed to stay sober.  One day at a time becomes his mantra.

Calder is given a second chance and is thrown together with Francesca.  This is her big moment and she feels that Calder is going to cause some problems.  She doesn't have time for him and his self absorbed attitude, but she can't help the tingles she feels when he is around.  Calder knows this his last chance.  He knows that the demons he has to deal with on a daily basis are going to be a struggle, but he's up for the challenge.  He doesn't want to screw up and ruin someone else's life.  He can't help but be drawn to Francesca.  But he's still holding back some...guilt.  Francesca is also hiding something, a secret that may destroy her.  Will they let each other in?  Or will they continue on denying the instant chemistry and spark between them?

This was a quick and easy read. I love second chances stories.  I found the writing to be wonderful and the story-line intriguing.  It was about love when you least expect it, finding yourself, dealing with consequences for your actions and of course finding some redemption.  It's about opening up and allowing yourself to get support from others.  Freeing yourself to move on!

Beautiful story, relatable characters and a real and intriguing story.   4 Collateral Damage stars!!
