Wow!!!
This short story had all the emotions of a full length Novel!! I was
surprisingly shocked and am longing for the next books in the
series!!! I love how Cristin kept your undivided attention from page one.
Greyson is a young man who has a very hard home life and blames himself for his mother's death. He takes the beatings from his father because he feels like he has earned them for what happened with his mom. Grey spends a lot of time with Emma and her family because Grey and her brother are best friends. Emma develops strong feelings for Grey but has no idea that he has the same feelings for her until he kisses her one day. Emma has dreamed of her future life with Grey but never thought that she would actually be able to take their relationship anywhere at all. Grey has a very hard time opening up to people and letting others see the good in him because of how his father treats him, he is ashamed of it! Emma completes Grey and he eventually tells her but he is not sure what the future will hold for them either once Emma goes away to college. This couple had me longing for them to find each other and rooting for them to make it as a couple no matter what.
I am so anxious to read the next book in this series because this was such a cliffhanger and I so want to know how things end up for these two. This story has tons of emotions and feelings in it, along with romance and Grey will make you swoon!! Thanks Cristin for writing a great story and I am waiting on the next ones patiently!!!
