O-M-G! What an intense and psychotic book! This is by far the best book of the series. Do you need to read the first two, probably to get the backstories, but if I was to pick this up and just read this I wouldn't have been lost. I would have questions, but not lost! Blown away with this story....
I am still reeling from this book...damn! When I first starting reading this book, I said there is no way William and Addie will be going through anything serious...this is their HEA book. I was sooooo wrong! This book is in a league of its own.
New characters are introduced and new horrors. Lots and lots of horrors. The experience these two went through in the previous books is small in comparison to this. It's super intense, heartbreaking and I couldn't put this down. I kept going and going because I needed to see how everyone and everything was gonna play out. Then I got a big shock as to who was causing all the drama.
The writing in this is not like the first two. It seems that the author has matured in her writing and you can actually get a feel for each scene. You get into the intensity of each character and the whole thing just sucks you in. This does kind of end with a cliffhanger or a possibility of continuing the story. I hope she does! I give this 4.75 Crazy Ass Stars!!

Exclusive Excerpt: Looking at her reflection, she feared it was the wedding portrait he craved. He wanted a portrait of perfection just as the one she held in her hand—and there was something about that—implied yet not implied that she felt forced to live up to. Somewhere deep down, she wondered if she would ever again make him as happy as she did standing there on that beach—or whether that was a high they would forever be chasing. After all, until death do you part, they’d agreed.
